MARTA's new CEO Keith T. Parker is meeting and greeting the community at a series of Customer Appreciation Days this month. Parker officially took the helm of the nation’s 9th largest transit system on Dec. 10, signing a five-year contract.

MARTA is putting a little extra cheer in the events by getting those who attend to learn the MARTA Safety Slide dance, which is currently on YouTube.

MARTA held the first Customer Appreciation Day on Dec. 12 at the College Park Station, and the second one on Dec. 13 at the H.E. Holmes Station.

MARTA will hold two additional customer appreciation events at:

Kensington Station

Dec.18, 4 to 6 p.m.

Doraville Station

Dec. 19, 4 to 6 p.m.
