DeKalb County police officers are  working an active kidnapping of two children-- a black male, age 3, and a black female, age 1.

The children were last seen today at 1:58 a.m. with an unknown black male suspect at 2645 Wesley Chapel Road.

The mother of the children reported that she was assisted by the suspect after her vehicle broke down on I-20 EB near Wesley Chapel Road.

The mother reported that as she made arrangements to have her vehicle towed from the roadway, the suspect drove away with her children.

The mother does not know the suspect. DeKalb Police and Detectives are actively searching for the children.
