Thomas Brown makes candidacy for Congress official

Thomas Brown filed his qualifying papers to run for the 4th Congressional seat today at the Capitol. A crowd of supporters joined him as he made his candidacy official with the Democratic Party. Brown stepped down as DeKalb Sheriff last week in order to run for Congress.
