| NAACP sets community forum |

On March 13, the DeKalb NAACP’s Housing Committee will sponsor the “Landlord & Tenant Forum,” 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. , at the Decatur Library, 215 Sycamore St., Decatur.
Attorney Kim Perez will conduct the seminar and answer concerns such as the rights you have when renting a room, what a landlord is required to provide and what a lease should contain. 404-241-8006.
